REP-52266 When Calling Any Servlet Command on 12c

Hi

I installed weblogic12c (12.2.1.0.0) on three servers. The servers have Windows 2012 R2.. I have set as clustered. those servers runs fine for a while with out any issue. But last week I have restart them all one after another and then I start up Node Manager, Admin Server and then login into console to start up WLS_FORMS & WLS_REPORTS and all running fine. I also check weather my applications do run and they are just fine.

One issue that I can see after restarting those servers or restarting just WLS_REPORTS service that I have to run the following URL (
