A Tool for importing AR Customer Information

Hi all,

My question is, is there a Tool for mass uploading AR Customer Information (from "Organization Name", "Address" to "Account Detail" and "Payment Details") in Oracle EBS? I'm aware that there are APIs for this task but that method is time consuming & complicated for a non-technical person to accomplish.

Greatly appreciate if anyone could let me know a reliable Tool for uploading Customer Data directly into the HTML forms OR another means to upload the said Data into EBS AR.

Edit: Greatly appreciate if anyone could mention how to import the "Revenue Account" (highlighted in the below screenshot) through a Tool (or at least through the API) as well.
