uploading quality data

Hi all,

Is there any way to upload the quality collection plan data? ,Data should including all the possible details

  • collection plans with elements,
  • transactions and triggers,
  • element values,
  • actions for elements ,
  • action rules and action rule details

I am facing an issue dealing with uploading multiple collection data between many test instances, each time i have to go through lots of manual tasks.

I tried using i setup, collection plans,elements,transactions and triggers were copies successfully.How ever collection element values,actions and action details were not get copied this way.

Is there any api available for this purpose.
