Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. JDE EnterpriseOne works with IE 11, but only when the security level is the lowest possible

Hello,

I have installed JDE in an EC2 instance (2016 Windows server) and I have a second instance (2012 Windows server) from which I want to access JDE.

Firefox and Chrome can access JDE with no issue. Internet Explorer is unable to proceed with logging in JDE.

The only way I can now login is to enable all security settings which is very unsecure.

So my question is which are the exact security properties that affect the proper functionality of JDE EnterpriseOne in Internet Explorer?

Note that Compatibility View settings did not helped me solve the problem before or after changing all the security zones.
