impdp on new 12c server with error ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 536

Hello Community experts, this will be quick and hopefully painless one.

I just built a new 12c server from scratch and able to get the database up and running with container database (pdb) up and operational as well.

When restoring a dump object, I kept getting the error below, the directory has been created and I will need some guidance on what else I missed. Thanks

impdp system/password@pdborcl REMAP_SCHEMA=PRODCTL:CRPCTL REMAP_TABLESPACE=PRODCTLT:CRPCTLT REMAP_TABLESPACE=PRODCTLI:CRPCTLI table_exists_action=replace directory=dumps dumpfile=PRODCTLWed.dmp logfile=impdpPRODCTLWed.log
