Unknown Program Running the Cost Rollup for Single Items

Dear Cost Community,

I'm stumped, am looking at my Pending costs in a standard cost environment, using OSFM (Oracle Shop Floor Management).  And am seeing cases where individual items have been rolled up, yet, no user has run the Cost Rollup for these items.  The User Name is "ANONYMOUS" and when you look at the underlying table for Cost Rollup History (CST_SC_ROLLUP_HISTORY) the CREATED_BY is -1.  Could the Estimated Scrap Program, upon Job Definition be creating these individual Cost Rollups?  My client's development team says that they don't have any customization which even comes close to the Cost Rollup.
