Is it possible to bill a customer for equiment maintenance (E1 SWM)

Client has World A9.2 and would like to bill customers for maintenance work. This is similar to E1 Service Work Order where the R1775 Wotkfile gen is run, then service billing functionality. Is this possible in World? I see Service Contracts and Install base Records are possible, but where do I find Service Work Order documentation.
