Missing OT lines (F4311)

Hi All,

In JDE World A9.3, is there a program where we can capture the missing ST line in OT ?

The requirement is , we are adding a new item(S line type) via F4211, but we want to add the same new item in F4311 also for all OT transaction? is there a workaround?
