Query reg. addition of managed servers in EBS 12.2

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Please clarify the following queries reg. adding a managed server to a specific node on a multi node instance.

1. Whenever a managed server needs to be added on to one of the existing nodes, do we need to run the following command only from admin node or the command needs to be run from the node where we want to add the managed server?

"perl $AD_TOP/patch/115/bin/adProvisionEBS.pl ebs-disable-service -contextfile=$CONTEXT_FILE -servicename=oacore_server4 -servicetype=oacore"

2. Is the $CONTEXT_FILE that we pass to the command determines the node where the managed server will be added?
