FTP How 2 user setting?

Hi,

 

There were 2 user different for FTP server,  do I can Add new rule in FTP server, I means set 2 user from IIS (W2012)  userA and userB?

and from SMConsole set prod environment user A and non prod environment set userB

so that can test in non prod first with new userA..? it's right?

this is all setting related FTP?
