Changing LE, BSV, Cost center acount number and impacts

Hello,

We have a requirement from business to change LE name, balancing segment value and cost center account number. What are the impact analysis that needs to be  from Order Management perspective. We are on R12.1.3 and our current multi-org structure has one BG, one LE, Primary Ledger, One operating unit, One Inv org and subinventories. Our proposed approach is to create a new legal entity( LE), new inv org and associate it to existing ledger and operating unit. Then eventually end date/inactive old LE and inv org.

Any insight or guidance on the above is really appreciated.
