ACA xml file failing schema validation (2016 reporting year) -

I have generated the form data xml and am validating with Altova.  I am receiving only one error (hurray!), but I cannot figure out how to resolve it.  The error is:

Element <air7.0:Form1094CUpstreamDetail> is not allowed under element <ns0:Form109495CTransmittalUpstream>.

Reason: The following elements are expected at this location (see below)

'Form1094CUpstreamDetail'

Hint: Element <air7.0:Form1094CUpstreamDetail> is in namespace 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:7.0', but a correspondent element from namespace 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty16' would be permitted.

Error location: ns0:Form109495CTransmittalUpstream / air7.0:Form1094CUpstreamDetail
