Getting Error when we fetch sales Order details

Hi All,

We are facing issue when we fetch sales Order Details.

Issue is when we fetch data one user getting details of that Order number but another user did't get details of pertucular details.

open the filtered Sales Order 144029 (SO Detail Revision), the system returns an error given below for one user his system role is ACSPLAN.

When I tried to open same details with another user credentials i find the Order details without any Error as given below, here the user Role is Admin

Is here issue with roles or security ? For user's we wont provide Admin Access ,for this issue how can i proceed, please help on this.
