duplicate database for standby - block corruption

Greetings !

database platform - database ver 10.2.0.1, Linux ver-5 x86-64

duplicate database for standby initiated and completed with block corruption errors..

please note, RFS and MRP are doing thier job fine .. log ship and log apply services running fine.

what should be checked in response to error stack thrown in alert as below -
