RDF 16 - rdfPlugin formatting problem when creating "Final Level Enabled Alert" interface file durin

It seems the rdfPlugin in RPAS 16.0.0.2 has a problem with dealing with FORECAST_APPROVAL category alerts, as detailed in RDF 16.0 Implementation Guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E75759_01/rdf/pdf/160/rdf-160-impg.pdf) Chapter 10 page 10-1

"Alerts can be configured through the RPAS Configuration Tools with the alert category
of FORECAST_APPROVAL. The alert expressions require familiarity with the RPAS
rule functions. Registering an alert with the alert category of FORECAST_APPROVAL
allows RDF to use the alert expression during the batch forecasting process to
determine if a time series is automatically approved.
