P4205 10TH PARTIAL SHIP NO OD in E9.1?

For example, after ship confirm SD line 50.9, the OD will not be created for SD line 51.

It return to normal on 51.1

SD created in following manner:-

5 lines

10.0

20.0

30.0

40.0

50.0

Found that RORN is duplicated in F4211 for OD that wasn't created. (50.9 and 51 will carry the same RORN number)

This problem happen once in a while and I fail to replicate it.

Understand the bug been fixed in previous versions (Bug 10914685).

Anyone still facing this problem in E9.1?
