Line Type interface B is not reading the DMAAI 4315

Dear,

I am using the Line type interface "B" but it is not fetching the account from the 4315 DMAAI. If the expense account number field is blank in PO then I got the error message with voucher matching. Seems to be that system is forcing to enter the expense account manually in the purchase order.

As per my requirement, If we don't enter any account in PO line then the system should automatically fetch the account # from the 4315 DMAAI. How it's possible? which line type of interface I can use?
