FM Index Update Utility

The FM Index Update Utility run against 11.1.2.500 HFM system is recommending to update the index and primary key on hundreds of tables. The recomeneded index is similar to the existing however the recommended drops the references to custom 3 from the index or PK.

According to this Doc, "The file, FMIndexSchemaDefs.xml, supplied from Oracle Patch 18921957 is configured for a standard 4 Custom Dimension application.  Applications created with a different number of custom dimensions required an updated FMIndexSchemaDefs.xml."

I have not been able to find any update to the utility since patch 18921957.

It feels very wrong to "fix" a database by removing columns from primary keys so I want to verify this before we proceed making such changes.
