Reassign in AWE and Reassign in PSWorklist entries

Hi, I would like to know the difference between Reassign in AWE and in PSWorklist entries. For instance, The user submits voucher/expense report for approval and the approver tries to reassign the worklist entries. So the Reassign action in the PSWorklist (Worklist items) is used to assign his tasks to another user. Even-though the workflow entry is transferred to another user's worklist but the users are not able to make any changes on this transaction. So, technically we need to do the Reassign on clicking the Voucher/Expense (approval thread) and click Reassign to transfer the action. Could you please let
