Is it possible to raise internal or supplier requisitions to different departments within the same I

Hi,

We are looking to replace our current Information Technology Minor Works booking system and one possibility we are hoping to explore is bringing the functionality into our use of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1.3) as we want to have a catalogue and control purchase approval in the same way we currently do for purchases with external suppliers.

Essentially we would like to be able to raise Requisitions within iProcurement that will be approved and create orders but in the case of IT Minor Works the supplier is a department within our organization.  We currently use Purchasing and iProcurement but do not use Inventory (we only have one Inventory Organization).  Can we do this with our current setup or will we have to define multiple Inventory Organizations and raise Internal Requisitions?
