Exadata x6-2 quarter rack install.sh script fails step 10 "Executing Install Cluster Software"

Hi,

When using the install.sh script running step 10 the install.sh script fails with the following error:

Running clusterware installer...

ERROR:

Launching Oracle Grid Infrastructure Setup Wizard...

[FATAL] [INS-30525] Insufficient number of failure groups specified for High Redundancy level.

    ACTION: For a disk group with High redundancy level at least 5 unique failure groups should be configured.

Error: Errors occured...

Collecting diagnostics...

Errors occurred. Send /u01/onecommand/linux-x64/WorkDir/Diag-170314_103225.zip to Oracle to receive assistance.

I'm using latest version of OEDA p25520271_122110_Linux-x86-64

Also database/GI selected is 12.2.0.1

Selection for DATA diskgroup is High redundancy.

I checked the logs and it does create the 2 x quorum disks on the db nodes (Required for high redundancy on quarter rack) but somehow the script only picks up the 2 internal iscsi quorum failure groups and then stops with error.
