Storing Proof of Delivery - Order Recievers stored electronically

Can anyone advise if this is possible in JDE?

Purchasing Director would like to have a way to gather proof of delivery information -of items delivered outside of warehouse - electronically, and feed back into JDE where it would be stored "receipt documentation".

The example given would be similar to UPS where customer would sign receiver.  Then that information be stored back in JDE for future referencing.

I looked at mobility features and did not see anything there.  Thanks in advance.
