Account Status Report showing details of customer with zero balance

Hi All,

We are trying to understand if this is the standard functionality in Oracle R12.

As per the oracle description, Account Status Report would be displaying only Open Debit and Credit Items, but we are seeing that the report contains items with zero balance.

Is this the expected functionality that it displays zero balance items as well?

Do we have any alternative report that provides the same details without zero balance/settled items?
