Library cache mutex for Advanced Queue slave process(q000)

Hi All

We are seeing high library cache mutex wait for Queue monitor slave process and its consuming lot of CPU. Anyone has any idea about what we can check. I checked few oracle documentation bt did not find appropriate information. We are running 11.2.0.4 database.
