Orders created from Contact Center does not default the customer Ship to and bill to address

Hi

We are R12.1.3

We know the customer Standard form always goes by Account and whatever details shown in Customer Standard form is for the Account.
But the Contact Center form always goes by Party. Whatever is shown in the Addresses tab is for the party and not for the account.

We see all  the details in the Address Tab of the Contact Center for  the Bill To / Ship .

But when we create new orders from Contact center,the ship to and bill to addresses are blank.We expect the ship to and bill to address to default or show up on the LOV.
