Can't promote OMW project

Hi community,

I'm struggling with a OMW project promotion from 26 to 28, and therefore, I cannot promote it to 38.

The error is that the next status (28) is not available when the project is in 26 status. The only project statuses at 26 are 21 and 25 (just to pump back the project).

I think it's good to clarify that until today, dozens of projects were promoted to 38 in this very JDE installation. Thinks I already checked:

- the user it's a project PVC adm (role 06)

- The UDCs H92|PS looks fine(at least it has the 28 and 38 values, among other ones). I opened it with the std UDC program, and values were there.
