How to close pending shipping transaction in Inventory to be able to close period

I'm unable to close period due to pending transactions. I ran a request: Period Close Pending Transactions Report, which showed pending shipping transactions and their details.

Now how can I view these transactions and see why they are pending, and how do I close them?
