How to default a password timeout for all new iStore users?

Hello, Community!

Can anyone recommend a clean, simple way to default a 90 password timeout for new iStore users? This does not seem to be an option when my internal users are initially setting up the external access. I am hoping to avoid customization (DB triggers, Concurrent Programs, etc), preferring configurations (Profile Option, maybe?) or a change in business process.
