Resource Management and Forecasting

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Just started a new project charter to  look at Resource Management / Planning and Forecasting systems. We are using Oracle eBS 12.2.4 various modules.

Would greatly appreciate any comments / feedback from anyone that currently uses the Oracle Project Resource module and their experiences with the

implementation, management, maintenance and anything else you can offer. 

It would be great to know how others are managing project resource needs, profitability and organization utilization. Basic objective is for better processes in

planning, managing and deploying the right resources at the right time for the right projects across the entire company.
