Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. If you define the hierarchy for most of the customers and also in the processing option in R47032.

1. Would it use the customer hierarchy first?

2. Would it use the processing option if the customer hierarchy is not defined?

Or is it that you use one or the other?
