Supplier Kanban receiving issue - card remains In Process
Hello. we have random supplier based kanban cards that remain in the "in process" status after the receipt for the order is transacted. The user can manually reset the value back to FULL, however we need to determine why they are not processing correctly. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and how did you identify the root cause / correct this? We are using R12.1.3 version.
