Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Concurrent request completed but took more time than normal

Hi All Experts - Good Morning.

Oracle eBusiness - 12.1.3 -RDBMS - 11.2.0.3

One of the standard concurrent request -Receiving Transaction Processor -completed NORMAL.But it took more time than normal.

We have not enabled any trace for this request.All other programs completed fine.There was no delay.

How can I analysis why this concurrent request took more time?What components have to check to find the root cause?

Any Help is highly appreciated.
