Subsidiary
I had put two more discussions earlier which was based on some assumptions, however, we have now requirements which is more clear than the earlier one. I need some help and directions on how and what would be the best option to deal with the below situation.
Level 1 – Company 1 (Existing main Company with 01 as company segment)
Intention:
Level2 – Subsidiary A, Subsidiary B, Subsidiary C.. (separate Legal Entity)
Level3 – Building A1, Building A2…; Land B1, Land B2….;Business C1, Business C2….
Where Building A1, Building A2… belong to Subsidiary A; LandB1, Land B2… belong to Subsidiary B……
We should be able to run a P&L and balance sheet at ‘Level3’ individually (for Building A1, Building A2…) and then a consolidated P&L and BS on Level2 for each level3 under it and then a grand consolidation at Level1. Also, we should be able to run the P7L and BS just for Level 1 (our main company)
