R079052 Cost Center Tax Area Processing - why error: Tax Area not found by GeoCoder?

Hello,

Trying to do some testing to fire up the automated GeoCoder functionality. I can get the Interactive GeoCoder working for TARR & TARA in Nat'l/Fiscal, but when I try to run the R079052 Cost Center Tax Area Processing UBE, I get the "Tax Area not found by GeoCoder" error. What am I missing?
