Questions about JDE tools upgrade 9.2.1.1

Hi,

I am new to my CNC role and we are on

App: 9.2

Tools : 9.2.0.3

Database: Oracle R12

Os: Windows 2012 R2

I have this document 9_2_Required_Components_for_Installing_JD_Edwards_EnterpriseOne_Tools_9.2.1.1.pdf and trying to download

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.1.1 Release. My question, should download platform CLIENT or multi-platform.

Where can I find step-by-step documentation on JDE tools upgrade? Is there any issues with this upgrade?
