Adding 3rd and 4th thread / undo tablespace

We have a 4 node cluster (12c GI) but someone created database (11204) on 1st two nodes only. Now we need to add it to 3rd and 4th node and put the instances on 3rd and 4th node in disabled state. Can you please tell the steps involved in it?
