How do i automate upload of latest exacheck with every SR created is this feature supported ?

Hi ,

Ensuring quick resolution of field issues determine success of product has rewards associated.

How can we automate SR to upload latest exacheck report automatically when new ticket gets created ?

Is this supported in current version of MOS that is production ?

How can we automate this ? every time any one in DBA team creates SR it should automatically attach

exacheck to SR.  This will give Engineer better understanding about troubled system.
