ST to OT - P4242/P4311

An ST order contains one line#  1 and same line # 1 updates in respective OT(P4311), there line # 2 updates in ST order by a custom program, OT will not update in respective OT line. If  i go into P4242 and just update the quantity on line # 2 of ST line, will that line # 2 will get update in respective OT(p4311) ?
