Setting Up a New GST in Oracle R12

I'm required to setup a new GST for New Zealand, we already have a GST setup for AUS. I'm worndering if I need to start all over again from setting up a New Regime for New Zealand which would include Taxes, Statuses, Jurisdictions, Tax rates and Rules?

Any Guidance on this requirement is appreciated.
