How to prevent CM Services starting from Web Node on EBS 12.2

Hi Experts

Question:

1) A customer wonder why there are FNDSM and FNDIMON processes on Web Nodes (AP#1 and AP#2)?

2) How to prevent the processes starting from AP#1 and AP#2 ?

The customer has EBS 12.2 environment configured as following (concurrent only on DB node):

AP#1 : OPMN, ManagedServer

AP#2 : OPMN, ManagedServer

DB#1 : DB , Concurrent, AdminSever

BTW:

When they use rapid clone to add AP node in the environment, they had already set "Target System Batch Processing Services [disabled]",

but still see the FNDSM and FNDIMON processes running on AP#1 and AP#2, also they find the following in AP#1 and AP#2 context file:
