ILOM Firmware upgrade query

Does anyone know if the firmware update 9.6.7.a be applied to Sparc T5-2 servers running version 9.3.0.b and 9.5.1.b?

It says it's a micro update, but does this mean it can still be applied to servers on much earlier firmware versions without applying the earlier updates?
