how to set not lot hold in transfer orders ST/OT?

Hi,

We set up default lot status = Q for raw materials for branch A. When they make goods receipt in branch A, lots are on hold and this is what we need. But, When they make transfer order receipt ST/OT in branch A, raw materials again on lot status Q and we dont want to lot hold in transfers. How can I manage it? Can we manage it by location lot status?
