Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)

Oracle EBS R12 - FSG - No data in Excel

I am running FSG reports with generic templates and get no data in Excel. But there are in html and pdf also.

Also, what is strange on the test environment that is 5 days old, it is working as expected.

No patches have been applied on production in last two weeks.

Is there any system root cause why this should not work?

Could it be some "Excel privileges" amd how it can be checked?
