Oracle Procurement Contracts Requirements.

Dear All Experts,

I am new in Oracle procurement contract, and I have some mentioned questions:

• Initial user sends all information like scope, requirements, time lines for any purchase or sale of services or goods and details of contact person to negotiate in consultation with and approval of different levels of users / approvers?
• Can contract templates uploaded through any API?
• End user will finalize all relevant terms and conditions of respective agreements as finalized with external parties based on standard template agreements and share:

             i) such initial form of agreement (with final scope, price, payment terms, tax terms, commercial, technical, time lines, term & termination, with all predefined internal stakeholders                group for their confirmation, review or comments;
