web clock dup punch

Ok I know this can’t happen but we have seen it twice now, with the same Web Clock employee, no one else that I am aware of.  During their shift, between their “In” and “Out” punch two duplicate “In” punches were recorded.   All fields on PS_TL_RPTD_TIME and PS_AUDIT_TLRPTTIME
are the same for the two rows except for the SEQ_NBR, and it shows the web clock employees OPRID, Web clock users have no access to update time on the Timesheet.  The last time this happened there were two sets of two “In” punches one second apart.  So two “In” punches in the same second and two more “In” punches one second later.  There is no way an employee can punch in twice in a row in the same second, I tried in test, so I am at a loss.  Again we have not seen this for anyone else, and
