RBI for shipment total distance when using depots?

My customer has a very basic rating requirement:

When total shipment distance(including from and to depots distance) is larger than 100 miles, use a flat rate of  $150 per shipment, otherwise use $1 per mile of total shipment distance (including the distance to return depot).

I was not able to find a RBI to create the break point of 100 miles.

1)Shipment Total Traveled Distance RBI doesn't include the depot return distance.

2)Shipment Round Trip Distance Traveled RBI just doubles the distance from source to last drop. It doesn't consider the real depot return distance.
