R31410 commitment

Hi,

While running the report R31410 we want to stop committing the serial numbers with the part list.In case of Rework Order user wants to manually put the serial numbers instead of system automatically populating serial numbers while running R31410.

In Processing Options under Part list TAB the option 4 "Commitment Processing Bypass " is set as 1 still while running report R31410 the serial number gets allocated to the parts in the part list.

Please suggest.
