R12.2.4 Complex Purchase Orders

Hi,

We have license for Purchasing, iProcurement.

To leverage complex purchase orders , retainage functionality, do we need any other license apart from PO and iProc ?

Any pointers to white papers or articles on complex purchase orders and situations in which this functionality can be leveraged will help.
