Why is the Planning form in version 11.1.2.4 displaying an Alias with an apostrophe ( ' ) as &#039

In Hyperion Planning version 11.1.2.4 when a member Alias is displayed in a Planning form and that alias contains an apostrophe  ( ' ) the alias shows the apostrophe as '.  For Example if the Alias value is "Controller's Office" the planning form will display as "Controller's Office".  How can this be corrected?
