SIP Registration Response From SBC

I have some issue with SIP Registration. I need your help to fix this issue.
Here is problem:
Intial SIP registration request from access side clients are acknowledged by 401 and 200 Ok. Then every 30 minutes, the access side client send re-register and it has been responded with 200ok. From traces taken I could not see the request forwarded to core.
After 4 hours of registration the client sends a register request and does not receive a 200 OK.
From this point onwards it will keep sending register request every 30mins without getting a 200 OK back.
I am doubting about the configurations of in SIP config.Could you please check and share your feedback.
